Identify and generate leads in industries such as warehouses, factories, logistics, manufacturing units, agriculture, and commercial infrastructure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/engineering team for proposals.
Prepare and present quotations, BOQs, and product specifications.
Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and builders.
Monitor project competition and market trends in PEB & steel fabrication.
